Please contact customer service for all return requests.

Within 15 days from the date of receipt:

-Defective items 

– will be replaced. A prepaid return label will be provided.

-Unwanted items 

– that have been opened can not be returned.

– that have not been opened can be returned for store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping.


Undeliverable or packages returned to sender

– Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Warranty 保修单

– colohome products carry a 90 day warranty, so if your item breaks within that time – please contact us for a replacement.

– Other branded products may carry a warranty from the manufacturer and are not covered by the colohome warranty.
