Product Description:

This set of Kegel balls includes different weights ranging from light to heavy. They can be shaken to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles through impact, achieving a tightening effect. Designed to meet various levels of intensity from beginners to advanced users.

Instructions for Use:

After cleaning, apply a suitable amount of lubricant to the Kegel balls and gently insert into the vagina.

For first-time use, it is recommended to start with 10 minutes and gradually increase to a maximum of 30 minutes per session, keeping each increment within 3 minutes. Pregnant women are advised to start using this product no sooner than 45 days postpartum.

1. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before and after use; do not use corrosive liquids.
